Load-in
An Empty Room and a Schedule
Trucks land, cases roll, and the floor that will hold 11,000 people is bare concrete. This is the part no one photographs and the part that decides whether the day works.

Build
The Build Takes the Whole Afternoon
Truss goes up, the LED wall goes together panel by panel, and the rigging is flown. Coverage gets planned around a build that owns the floor, so the camera work lands in the gaps the schedule actually leaves.

Focus
Everything Gets Pointed Somewhere
Lighting focus, video wall alignment, and the front-of-house desk coming alive. The room stops being a warehouse and starts being a show.
